Empowered Group Activities Disability Services

Group Activities

Group activities are a great way to build friendships with peers of similar age and interests. We have male, female as well as mixed groups for ages between 16 - 65. Our NDIS groups aim to increase participants capacity, make new friends and increase social & community participation.

School Leavers Employment Support

The School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) program is a National Disability Insurance Scheme-funded transition training course for young people, designed to help them get jobs. SLES offers hands-on courses and practical skills that can prepare participants for sustainable employment!

Team Leaders

We encourage all participants to be assigned a Team Leader from Empowered. Our Team Leaders can help with tracking participant goals, developing strategies to assist with support, communicate strategies with staff, and develop reports as requested. If you do not wish to be allocated a Team Leader please notify our administration staff.
