Adrian Solomons

Adrian has been a Support Coordinator for nearly II years. Previous to this, Adrian was a Local Area Coordinator for St Vincent De Paul for 18 months.

Adrian has experience working with participants in various interfaces such as Heath, Justice, Child Protection and Housing. He has worked alongside participants with complex disabilities and supported them to transition back into supports within the community. Adrian works closely with stakeholders and informal supports to ensure goal-focused outcomes are prioritised.

Adrian enjoys working at Empowered with a team focus on collaboration and ensuring the most appropriate support is identified.
