Meet Brad –  Team Leader here at Empowered Community Services.

Brad has worked in the community services sector for over three years. Brad originally started his career as a Support Worker, where he gained invaluable experience to assist him in his role as a Team Leader.

Brad is currently working toward his Diploma in Community Services. Brad’s favourite part of his role is seeing Participants reach their goals.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys going out for coffee with his partner and dog, playing video games, and working around the house.

Team Leaders

Participants receiving Community Access and Capacity Building Supports will be assigned a Team Leader. Our Team Leaders can help with tracking participant goals, developing strategies to assist with support, communicating strategies with staff, and developing reports progress reports. Team Leaders will be charged under the Non-face-to-face line item as necessary.

Establishment Fee

Participants with more than 20 hours of support per month may be charged an establishment fee when entering the service.
