Meet Cian, one of the Team Leaders here at Empowered. With one year of hands-on experience as a disability support worker and six months as a Team Leader, Cian has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to providing top-notch care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Cian has completed a Bachelor of Architectural Design and is working toward a Bachelor of Psychological Science. This combination equips him with a multidimensional understanding of human behaviour and an innovative approach to problem-solving. Through his architectural studies, Cian has cultivated creative thinking and a keen eye for detail, which he effortlessly applies to his work at Empowered Community Services. Beyond his professional achievements, Cian’s passion lies in helping participants and support workers thrive. He strongly believes in fostering a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
As a Team Leader, Cian shows unwavering dedication and a genuine passion for making a positive impact and will help elevate the level of support provided to both participants and support workers alike.
In his time away from the office, Cian enjoys indulging in his personal hobbies. Whether he’s experimenting with flavours in the kitchen, enjoying a captivating movie, or embarking on an exhilarating hike.

Team Leaders

Participants receiving Community Access and Capacity Building Supports will be assigned a Team Leader. Our Team Leaders can help with tracking participant goals, developing strategies to assist with support, communicating strategies with staff, and developing reports progress reports. Team Leaders will be charged under the Non-face-to-face line item as necessary.

Establishment Fee

Participants with more than 20 hours of support per month may be charged an establishment fee when entering the service.
