Meet Matt –  Matt has worked in the industry for a number of years in different roles, as a Local Area Coordinator, Support Coordinator and Respite Coordinator.

 

Matt transitioned into the Service Manager role with Empowered in 2023. Matt is passionate about participant satisfaction and works closely with his team to ensure a positive experience for all those who work with Empowered.

 

Prior to working in disability, Matt worked for several years as a firefighter, which has aided in his ability to excel under pressure and make time-sensitive decisions.
