How We Can Be The Bridge Between You & The World

Empowered Community Services promotes real-world experiences within their services that enable participants to be included in society, whilst living rich and fulfilling lives.

Support isn’t: I’m going to take care of you, it’s how can I support you?

It was through this concept that Empowered decided to introduce a group space. The Space, located in Cardiff is a place where Participants can hang out, make friends, join group activities and learn new skills like cooking, sewing, craft and much more! The facility has lots of exciting features including a gym, outdoor area and BBQ.

Having a space such as this allows us to assist our Participants in developing skills that then give them the capability to pursue these tasks and skills in their lives outside of paid supports. Not only is this instilling independence and confidence into the individual but it’s also allowing the individual to take this knowledge and use it when making important decisions in their lives.

We want to assist you to have the best chance at living an ordinary, inclusive life within society.

Empowered Community Services provides vital support that helps people with disabilities to connect with the community and live fulfilling lives. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, and we offer a range of activities and opportunities that help people to connect with their peers and participate in society.

Some of the Services we can provide you are;

  • Social and recreational activities

  • Employment support & school leaver support.
  • Respite (Short Stays)
