Jess is a passionate advocate in the disability sector, dedicated to connecting Participants with impactful services and providers to help them achieve their goals.
Before becoming a support coordinator, Jess worked with a Disability Employment Services (DES) provider, assisting individuals in overcoming barriers to employment. Her previous experience as a cafe manager and chef in the hospitality industry has equipped her with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Jess holds a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and is trained in Mental Health First Aid.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner, family, friends, and pets, as well as gardening, cooking, and painting. Jess’s diverse background and genuine enthusiasm make her a valuable asset to the disability community.
