Jessica Hinchliffe

Team Leader

Jessica started in the disability sector right after completing her Certificate II in Auslan, an experience that really ignited her passion for breaking down societal barriers and supporting people with disabilities.

Over time, her role evolved from support worker to support coordination, and In 2024, she found her true calling: working directly with Participants and support workers to help them achieve their goals and feel comfortable and supported. She realised that her real passion lies in connecting directly with Participants and support workers. She love seeing people reach their goals and feel at ease in their journey.

As someone with lived experience of a psychosocial disability, she understand the stigma that often comes with invisible disabilities. This perspective has given her a unique insight into the importance of mental health and its impact on living a happy, healthy life. Jessica is dedicated to fostering understanding and creating an environment where everyone can thrive, regardless of their challenges.

When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her hanging out with her dog Azriel, catching up with friends, or diving into a good game or audiobook. Dogs, friends, reading and games are her go-to for relaxation and fun—it keep her balanced and brings a lot of joy into her life. Her mission is to support, empower, and make a positive difference in the lives of those she work with every single day.
